Your Right to Return
We want you to feel confident purchasing MiroVita Cellular Blend. You have a 14 calendar day right to return unopened products for a full refund under Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2, Competition and Consumer Act 2010).
1. Return Period
You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return MiroVita Cellular Blend for a refund. This is your statutory right under the Australian Consumer Law and applies to all purchases.
2. Eligibility for Return
Your product is eligible for return if:
- The product is unopened and in original condition
- The packaging is intact and unbroken
- No capsules have been removed or consumed
- The return is initiated within 14 days of receipt
3. Non-Returnable Products
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened or partially used products (food safety regulations)
- Products with tampered or damaged seals
- Items returned after 14 calendar days
- Products damaged by mishandling after delivery
4. How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact Us

Step 2: Get Return Instructions
We'll provide you with detailed return shipping instructions and a reference number for your return.
Step 3: Ship the Product
Pack the unopened product securely and send it to the address we provide. Return postage is at your expense (we recommend tracked/insured shipping).
Step 4: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 14 business days to your original payment method.
5. Return Postage
You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend:
- Using tracked/insured shipping for proof of delivery
- Keeping your receipt and tracking number for reference
- Insuring the package for its full value
We will not reimburse return shipping costs.
6. Refund Process
Timeline
- We inspect your return within 5-10 business days of receipt
- Refund is processed within 14 business days of inspection approval
- Your bank may take 3-5 additional days to credit the funds
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method (the payment method used to the courier on delivery). If you paid by cash, we'll issue a bank transfer refund to your account.
Refund Amount
The full purchase price is refunded. Return shipping costs are not reimbursed.
7. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
- Do not open or consume the product
- We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you
- Return postage will be covered by us for defective items
8. Cancellation Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel your order before it is dispatched:
- Contact us during the phone confirmation call, or
- Email or call within 24 hours of order confirmation
- Cancellation is free with no charges or penalties
9. Expired Products
If you receive a product with an expiration date that is sooner than reasonable (less than 2 months), please contact us immediately. We will replace or refund the product at no cost.
10. Your Consumer Rights
This return policy provides your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law. You have the right to recover the goods within a reasonable time if they are not of acceptable quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described. If you believe your product has a fault, contact us or visit the ACCC website (accc.gov.au).
